Why the Baltics DISCRIMINATE Russians

Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia are the loudest against Russia. They are ready not only to break off all relations, but also to make it more difficult for Russians to reside permanently on their territory. Moreover, there is a real risk of such documents being revoked.
