Man with gun at school board meeting warns about 'violence', later charged

This is the message Trevor Herrin delivered to the Gloucester County, VA school board about violence before the deputy on duty realized he had a gun.
Herrin, who also had a knife centered at the back of his waist, was accompanied by other men who also had concealed firearms.
All four men are now facing charges.
