News For Today: Jail Time for Misgendering?

Apparently a recent survey of millennials shows that 44% of them believe calling someone by their wrong pronouns deserves a criminal sentence and possible jail time. They are trying to frame it under 'hate speech' and are claiming it is not protected by the first amendment of the constitution. This LGBTQ stuff is getting out of hand...
