‘We are in legal process': 2 charged in 'false elector' scheme respond to charges

Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel filed charges Tuesday against 16 Michigan residents for their role in the "false electors" plan surrounding the 2020 U.S. presidential election. One of the defendants 7 Action News contacted Tuesday said he was surprised to learn all 16 people are going to be charged with eight felony counts.
