July 18, 2023: Need to start making plans for the future. I just do not want to get sick again. I had a minor incident last night. Still optimistic.

Need to find work and see what is next. What is next? Realized that I crashed out of exhaustion when I arrived here. Still wondering where I will go and realize that I need to live my life. But what is that? I have lost so much and still be here. I see now that I you need to live and fight back for my life!

405.2 pounds - Still recovering from moving; made good food and drinking lots of water. I felt very exhausted so I took a nap.
