Most land flippers think about websites like LandSearch, Zillow, LandWatch, Land.com, RedFin, Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, and other selling platforms with their SELLING hats on, but these websites can be quite useful places to find deals too! I'll show you how above.

In most cases, I wouldn't anticipate finding the same kinds of deeply discounted land deals you would find when sending direct mail (although anything is possible if you turn over enough rocks), but you can still find some reasonably good on-market deals while eliminating a lot of the manual work it would normally take to find these deals on your own.

The 'save search' feature is available on nearly all the big-name listing websites, so you might as well put it to good use!
