A massive fire broke out at a military base in Russian-controlled Crimea. The fire also led to a series of detonations in the uninhabited area in the Kirovske district. The fire also forced the evacuation of more than 2,000 people and the closure of a nearby highway. Russian security forces blamed Ukraine for the overnight attack at the military base.
