GAVI vaccination alliance - cash cow of the pharmaceutical industry?

What is behind GAVI, the Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization? Kla.TV has already reported on this several times. Today, we shed further light on this financially strong and influential private foundation, as comprehensively explained by Thomas Roeper in his book "Inside Corona". GAVI was founded at the WEF 2000 in collaboration with Klaus Schwab (WEF founder) and Bill Gates. The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation donated the generous seed capital of 750 million US$. Its goal is to improve access to vaccinations against preventable life-threatening diseases, through financial assistance, especially for children in developing countries.

GAVI sees itself as a public-private partnership. This means a contractually regulated cooperation between the public sector and companies of the private sector. The private partners bear responsibility for the efficient delivery of the service. GAVI members include private foundations, such as the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, nongovernmental organizations, vaccine manufacturers from developed and developing countries, health and research institutions, as well as other private donors, and on the other hand, governments of developed and developing countries, the WHO (World Health Organization), UNICEF, and the World Bank.

GAVI reports its finances in five-year increments. In the past, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation has made large payments to GAVI, totaling nearly 5 billion US$. Are these donated huge sums really so altruistic?
To fund its projects, GAVI raises many times this amount at its donor conferences from other donors, especially Western governments. And where do the governments take their generous contributions from? From their citizens, of course! And this, mind you, without asking them.

Let's now look at the period from 2016 to 2020 , for example. During this period, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation has transferred 1.5 billion US$ to GAVI. However, GAVI indicates a total budget of about 9.5 bn. US$. Almost 80% of this, about 7.5 bn. US$, is taxpayer money from the states. For the period 2021 to 2025, GAVI shows a budget of about 19 bn. US$.
Germany alone has pledged 1.7 billion dollars.
Is there anything wrong with the charitable Bill doing so much "good" in this partnership with additional tax billions?

Well, what is GAVI doing "good" with these immense sums of money?
For the period from 2021 to 2025, GAVI will pay approximately 9 billion US$ to COVAX, an international program to distribute Covid-19 vaccines to the poorest countries in the world. It is involved in coordinating vaccine ordering and distribution. So Bill Gates also has his hands on the purchase of the vaccines from the Western pharmaceutical companies in which he is an investor and which are currently making a tremendous amount of money from the Covid-19 vaccines! The generous "donations" from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation would probably be more aptly described as deception of what are in reality very lucrative investments with multiple profits.

The organization "Doctors Without Borders" (DWB) criticized GAVI at the 2011 donor conference in London for buying drugs and vaccines from Western corporations such as GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) instead of equivalent cheap ones from India or China. GSK and Johnson & Johnson subsidiary "Crucell" have sold vaccines at markups of up to 180%.
GSK and Pfizer sell 30 million doses of pneumococcal vaccines at £ 2 per year to GAVI through a special financing system. In addition, they receive £ 137 million in subsidies for selling these vaccines to GAVI. However, GSK and Pfizer supply the pneumococcal vaccines to rich and poor countries. So why subsidies? Government subsidies, it is well understood, also coming from the "pockets" of citizens. DWB rightly calls this "charity" for corporations. Must the "good" that GAVI does be understood in this sense? A true "cash cow" for the pharmaceutical companies and their investors?
This cannot be the intention of the donors and taxpayers!
Because this results in scandalous costs for them.
Where are the critical media reports about these machinations of GAVI?
Is one reason for the silence of the media because GAVI enjoys complete immunity for itself and its people in Switzerland? And why did it obtain the status of an "international legal entity" although it is a private foundation?

In fact, GAVI employees cannot be prosecuted in any way for their activities. Even the premises, archives, documents and even the luggage of the employees may not be searched. GAVI and its employees are completely tax-exempt in Switzerland. They do not even have to pay value added tax. Should a dispute arise between Switzerland and GAVI, Swiss law does not apply, but a private arbitration court would be convened. This puts GAVI "outside" the law, demonstrating how incredibly powerful and influential this foundation, or individuals such as its founders Klaus Schwab and Bill Gates, have become.
