A sudden 25% hike in petrol prices has hit the Democratic Republic of the Congo, with taxi drivers fearing their livelihood is at stake. It's the second hefty increase this year, and comes as part of financial reforms needed to keep the country in line with the terms set out by the International Monetary Fund.
