For Café Locked Out-Vital Information About Your Local Council

In this video I tell people that they must become seriously acquainted with the fact that their local council is a business-a commercial operation, and must assume the associated commercial liability all commercial operations must accept. If they do not, then they cannot legally trade.
Please take some notes-it might be the best thing to do if you are not familiar with the actual realities of your local council's non-governmental status (local councils do not have Constitutional recognition, and therefore are not lawful, legitimate, government.
