Crimea Bridge Attack, Putin's Prized Facility Military Target For Ukraine Or Civil Infrastructure?

Ukraine’s second attack on the Crimea Bridge has triggered a debate on Russia’s claims of the facility being “civilian infrastructure”. Moscow said Kyiv’s “terrorist attack” on the Kerch Bridge using two underwater drones had killed two civilians. Russian President Putin called Ukraine’s attack on the bridge a senseless crime. Meanwhile, Ukraine's Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba has questioned whether the Kerch Bridge could be considered civilian infrastructure.
