Triceps Pressdowns
I proved I can compete on a pro stage, now I need to prove I can win on a pro stage. The odds are stacked against me since the other pros are SO good, but I like being the underdog. Shoulders and Triceps are two of my worst bodyparts so this is a very important training day for me. 2-4 sets of all exercises, and the intention and intensity is there.
