Sometimes, it's important to Zoom out to the 30,000 foot level and take on a State of the Union, evaluating where we are and where we need to go. As we round out half of 2023 (how the heck did *that* happen?!), it's never been more apparent we need a hard reset, fast.

Obesity is on the rise, while exercise rates are dramatically down. Marriage rates are plummeting, and Gen Z is choosing not to date at all. Loneliness, anxiety, and depression have become the norm, rather than the exception. P*rn*graphy has replaced intimacy, dating apps have replaced relationships, and followers have replaced friendships.

We're on a one way high-speed train to destruction, but there's still a reason for hope and time to stop our current trajectory.
