Strange, new clouds are appearing all over the world, and no one seems to have any explanation for what this could mean. In some cases, unusual cloud formations have appeared prior to a natural disaster, which is what happened in China during the 2008 Sichuan earthquake. Although these clouds have been added to the Cloud Atlas, which documents cloud formations, could they be the result of something unnatural?
