UK illegal migration bill passes after government defeats Lords challenges

The Illegal Migration Bill, which would give the government powers to send asylum seekers arriving in the UK by small boats to Rwanda, is now ready to be passed into law after the Archbishop of Canterbury withdrew his objections.
