When Upzoning Becomes a Fool's Errand | Upzoning 6 of 11

Cities and states across the country are proposing upzoning as the solution to the housing crisis our nation is facing. But is this truly the best solution or is it simply a clever way for governments and developers to generate revenue and remove neighborhood residents from the planning process.

In this 11-part series I explore this topic by reading ten articles from a variety of sources to determine what's really going on. In each video I comment and correlate the information from the other articles culminating in a conclusion with 10 big ideas in the 11th video.
