Counter Strike for the first time..... God help me

1st time recording gameplay, 2nd time playing. Online games are my Achilles heel in gaming. WHY DOES COUNTER STRIKE NOT HAVE AIMING!!!??
unless with a scope obviously.
If anyone can tell me why my aiming is such trash while shooting PLEASE TELL ME.
Also please forgive me being dominated by bots
