I made some bonito strips and setup some planers. It's been years since I tried to run planers and this is how it went! Trolling offshore in Key Largo, Florida

Fishing with planers is a great way to get your bait down. Kingfish, Wahoo and all sorts of hungry pelagic fish will slam a bonito strip swimming below the surface.
