In this fishing episode we run into flag yellowtail snapper. The reason these yellowtail snapper are named flags is because they are monster yellowtail snapper! They have big yellow flag tails.

One of the yellowtail snapper we caught was even bigger than a mutton snapper in this snapper catch and cook. Both the flag yellowtail snapper and mutton snapper will be used in the fish head soup we are making on this catch & cook. I love making fish soup because it's a nice warm and filling meal. Fish head soup has amazing flavors.
