Build your own live bait pen + catching bait pin fish
8 years ago
2
In this video I build a new bait pen for keeping live fish. I used a 5 gallon bucket and spent about $5 on everything. If you need a bigger bait well you can buy a 10-30 gallon bucket and use the same method to turn it into a live bait container.
I use a dip net and some leftover chum as bait to get the pin fish to swim over the net. Then pull! I catch a bucket full of bait fish and even a crab. These are great snapper and tarpon baits
Let me know if you have any questions and I will answer them and include them in a future video when I build a bigger bait live well.
