Today we are fishing out of Islamorada with captain Ron from Pirate for Hire and Phil Stanley with salty coffee fishing and we are going to do a catch clean cook here in the florida keys! It's time to do some islamorada fishing. We catch mangrove snapper and sea trout. So it'll be a snapper catch and cook. It'll also be a trout catch and cook. Well... we do catch trout, but we don't cook trout. We cook snapper and use the mangrove snapper for this catch and cook.

We run to flamingo which is the florida everglades. And here we catch trout. These are speckled sea trout and they are amazing to catch and cook! After all we are fishing the everglades!

We are also fishing flamingo here in the florida everglades. So we catch snapper. But at flamingo we only catch trout. It's ok because this catch and cook will surely become a catch clean cook for both mangrove snapper and trout.

Boy do I love fishing in Islamorada which is part of the Florida keys. So technically yes we are fishing the Florida keys. Mangrove snapper fishing and trout fishing here we come! We catch snapper for this snapper catch and cook! The trout fishing was a blast. Seriously...
