How I bottom Drift for Mutton Snapper w/ EPIC Mexican style Catch and Cook

My Bottom Drifting Rigs Setup:

For weight size if the current is under 1.5mph in 60-130ft of water I'll use a 8oz lead weight. If the current is moving over 2mph or I'm bottom drifting in deeper water i'll use up to a 16oz lead weight.

I hope you enjoy this fishing video where I try and give some help on how to drift for mutton snapper. This style of bottom drifting fishing also works great to catch grouper, yellowtail snapper, grunts, kingfish, amberjack and basically any fish swimming down there.

There's so many fish you can catch bottom drifting that will make a great catch and cook fishing episode. In this case I go for an EPIC mexican style fish catch and cook.

PS: not 100% sure if this is a 'mexican style' catch and cook, but it seems like it to me. Maybe we'll just call it Mexican/American catch n cook =)
