We catch KINGFISH fishing and GROUPER spearfishing and then do a Kingfish VS Grouper catch and cook!

Today we head out with Cpt. Chris off Layton Key here in the Florida keys to do some spearfishing for grouper and fishing for kingfish. The fish cooler is loaded with fish and a catch and cook is ready for editing!

This catch clean cook fishing episode on the South Florida Fishing Channel started in Key Largo with Heiko Winkler leaving his house. Then we drive down to Layton key which is part of Long Key in the Florida Keys. From here we will take the boat offshore fishing south of Layton key where we plan to do spearfishing and offshore trolling fishing for red grouper, kingfish, bonito and whatever bites our weedless squid rig.

First stop is spearfishing! We are spearfishing for grouper but that's not the only fish I shoot while spearfishing the Florida keys. I also shoot a barracuda which will be great bait. Perhaps we'll do a barracuda catch n cook episode again but for now we are spearfishing grouper!

After we do some grouper spearfishing off the florida keys we head offshore to do some offshore fishing! We troll around some weedless squid rigs and hook into bonito and kingfish.

So we have kingfish and red grouper in the fish box! Both of these fish will be part of the catch clean cook because we are doing a Kingfish Vs Grouper catch and cook taste test!

Both the fresh kingfish and fresh grouper will be fried in this catch n cook and then we will see which fish tastes best? You're going to have to watch this whole fishing catch n cook episode here on the South Florida Fishing Channel to find out!
