We do some crazy fun things in this 3 part Florida hunting episode. The first and second episode are hog catch and cook. I will show you how to catch clean and cook a hog. If you don't want to see how to clean a hog you can fast forward to the wild hog cook near the end of the hog hunting catch and cook episode.

We are hunting west of Cape Canaverel which is part of the Florida Space Coast. This is the same place where we will go helicopter hunting for wild hog.

I am hog hunting with the umarex gauntlet .25 pcp air rifle. And this thing packs a punch! But in this South Florida Fishing Episode the hog catch and cook comes from James getting a wild hog from his tree stand. I did not have a chance to get a hog with my umarex gauntlet while wild hog hunting.

Once James gets a wild hog we take it back to his house for the wild hog catch clean cook. You will see how to clean a hog and how to cook a wild hog. I love to smoke wild hog. This is my favorite way to cook a hog. But in this case we sear wild hog with lots of herbs. This is just episode one. Don't worry there will be a wild hog catch and cook where we smoke it and make pulled pork sandwiches
