We are still new to kitefishing so this wasn't the best how to kite fish tutorial, but we do catch tuna! And while I try my best to show you how to catch tuna Carson does a great job showing you how to clean tuna.

And then we end this deep sea fishing episode with cooking tuna. Or well we don't cook it. We eat the tuna raw because this is sushi grade tuna!
