MOST people DONT eat this fish! And it's the best fish to eat. Well... at least ONE of the best white fish to eat in my opinion. YUMMY white sashimi Catch and Cook. My buddy Eric has a brand new contender so we decide it's time to go fishing. Here in Key Largo, Florida we take his contender offshore for fishing. Little did we know we would be eating white sashimi later!

So what do you think is the best food ever? I'm talking about fish! Did you know that yellow jack is a good eating fish? Most people think jack is gross. Well Jack Crevalle is! But i'm talking about Yellow Jack! It's Jack Sashimi. It has a beautiful white fish sashimi and a white fish is a fish that can be loved by everyone.

There is very little fish flavor so if you want to catch and cook something that the whole family will love to eat. Yellow jack sashimi is your ticket to a good eating fish.

On the south florida fishing channel today and this catch n cook I am happy to show you one of my favorite fish to eat. We catch them on the patch reef all the time. It's fish great on the grill, great for sushi and yes just eat this fish. Go film your own catch n cook!

If you like raw fish you will love turning this white fish into sashimi. So it's time for you to go fishing and do a catch and cook. Maybe even buy a contender? Haha I wish! Ok i'm hungry now let's eat some food. Sushi and Sashimi time!
