It's been over 2 months since my old engine blew and I took my key largo 236cc out of the water. Now she's back in the water and the new fishing boat is ready to go offshore key largo in the hunt for mahi mahi

Catch and Cook is in the title so you can guess this is a catch fish and cook fish episode where we end up catching trigger fish. AKA ocean tallys or ocean trigger fish or gray trigger fish.

We wanted this to be a mahi mahi catch n cook but if the mahi aern't offshore then they aern't offshore. You can't make fish appear! So with 30 minutes left we decide to drop some baits down for mutton snapper and this is when we catch trigger fish.

In this fishing catch and cook episode on the South Florida Fishing Channel we cook up trigger fish and make a lemon caper butter sauce for the fish served on top of a bed of mashed sweet potatoes.

We had a great time filming this fishing episode as the first time fishing on my new boat. I'm glad it ended with a catch and cook and couldn't be happier!
