I have a huge respect for Florida Wildlife Control. FWC makes sure people are staying in their fishing and hunting limits to ensure a healthy fishery for future generations. On this Catch Clean and Cook we head out of key largo for swordfishing. I am still new to learning swordfishing in key largo, but this fishing trip has taught me a lot! I feel much more confident knowing how to catch swordfish now.

The guys at Xtreme Outdoors did a great job in showing me how to catch swordfish and we end up with a swordfish catch and cook. We eat raw swordfish. Swordfish sashimi YUM!

Cooking swordfish was almost as fun as catching swordfish hah it was a blast.

The second swordfish we catch was a monster swordfish compared to the first one, measuring in at over 60 inches. What an epic day of catching swordfish.

My dream is to catch huge swordfish on my own boat and now I have the confidence knowing how to catch swordfish to go out and film some more swordfishing catch n cook videos for the youtube fishing fans!

Every trip I am learning more about how to catch swordfish and I want to be the best fishing channel on youtube! I'll keep working full time to grow the South Florida Fishing Channel to bring you more of the catch and cook episodes you love to see
