Today on the South Florida Fishing Channel, Heiko Winkler, Topher and his son CJ head off key largo here in Florida to do some mahi fishing. And boy does this turn into a fishing episode with some crazy mahi fishing action!

And of course as all other South Florida Fishing Channel Episodes this crazy day of mahi fishing ends with a mahi catch and cook. And I wanted to try a little something fun with this fishing catch and cook episode

so I got some Crazy Fire Doritos!

Yup this Mahi catch and cook will be fire Doritos encrusted and fried mahi

Doritos fried fish is very crunchy and delicious! I do recommend eating this with a sauce as the Doritos get VERY crunchy and a little flavorless in my opinion.

I tried my best to explain how to catch mahi in this episode. In this case we were mainly just chunking for them and throwing cut chunks of ballyhoo and tuna on the weedless squid rig. Chuck that into a school of mahi and that is how to catch mahi!
