This Catch and Cook offshore fishing episode takes place over 2 days. The first trip taking out my new offshore boat was a success! I only call it a new offshore boat because it feels like a brand new boat with the transom closed in and the dive platform engine bracket that was added to the back.

It makes offshore fishing better and I love it!
