On a MISSION to FIND a WILD VIAGRA creature | catch clean cook

This snail found in Jamaica is known to put lead in your pencil. So I make it my mission to find this wild Viagra creature and make a Catch and Cook episode. Let's go!

At first, I have no idea what this magical viagra animal looks like. We look all over and eventually I find a empty shell of one of the Whelk AKA Jamaican Viagra creature snail thing (that tastes like a mix of conch and clam). The closer we get to finding this fish snail creature the closer we are to another awesome South Florida Fishing Channel catch and cook episode YEEHAW

This is my first time trying a Whelk. I guess there's a 1st time for everything... Especially when it's Jamaican Viagra there might be more than just a first time!

This catch and cook episode isn't limited to just the snails. We also spearfish lion fish. It's a lionfish catch and cook and we make a escovitch sauce that goes amazing with the fried lionfish
