I probably should have ate something and drank water before heading out on this challenge...

But I wanted to push myself to see what would happen.

No food and No water should do the trick.

I hit some new boundaries in myself I haven't experienced before. Going 24 hours without water under the hot sun and running a boat will hit you hard and your body will shut down on you faster than you might expect.

Staying hydrated should always be a top priority to feeling good and being healthy. I don't know what my next adventure will be, but I hope you'll stick around to see it.
