A quick fishing trip {Catch and Cook} I make Mahi Tacos

The weather wasn't great and the bite was turned off 😮‍💨
But we still made it happen 🎣

We wanted a wahoo and I wanted to put some fish on the boat using my electric reel. But things don't always go as planned. This was a quick fishing trip where we end up catching mahi and tuna!

This was not supposed to be a mahi catch and cook. Or tuna catch and cook!

That's fishing!

You never know what you'll run into when offshore fishing and at the end of the video I make mahi tacos so enjoy!

Mahi fishing offshore seems to have gotten trickier over the past year. It seems like when we try to target Mahi fishing offshore we have a hard time finding them.

But when we are deep dropping or vertical jigging and not looking for mahi at all they just seem to show up around the boat! I guess that's fishing =)
