Storm Knocked Out My APEC RO UV System? Heard a beeping noise after heavy storm and it was the RO.

Got to double check my new widows in this storm and all was almost well. More on that later. After the storm I heard a beeping and it was the APEC ROES-PHU75 UV lamp amp. Not hard to fix but I've already replaced the UV lamp and amp once in less than 2 years so I was happy it wasn't blown again.
