From July 20, 1993. The singer/songwriter/producer/innovator was in Chicago to hold a public demonstration of his new interactive music disc, 'No World Order, at Tower Records on Clark Street. The footage seen here was used in a TV news report by Indianapolis anchor/reporter Ken Owen, which aired the following evening.
