Welcome to another recording! This audio segment was recorded aboard the Caribbean Cruise in 2015. In this segment Abraham Chooses a hot seater with a question " Cancer prompted some changes. " Abraham explains, that when we face contrasting experiences such as cancer we often times are able to prioritize what is truly important. We all allow more of our vibrational understanding to flow in a much unrestricted way. Although we don't have to go threw such an extreme experience to allow ourselves that assistance but we seem to rise to the occasion with grace.Now we can rise to that occasion without that menacing contrast, by mediating everyday for at least 15 minutes, and we can journal our way into better feeling vibrations, and we can find thoughts that feed our vibrational ascension toward more of what feels good. We are no help to ourselves when we are in a step 1. But step 1 is part of the plan at times, we just don't need to stay there. When we are off vibrationally we are negative, we disconnect from our true power. And so the name of the game is relief.But relief from what the contrast, negative emotions, the world at large? Yes to all that! But relief from ourselves in that contrasting moment.
