No BLT's | Spinal Cord Stimulator Trial and Implant UPDATES

In this video we discuss the No BLT (Bending, Lifting or Twisting) restrictions that doctors place on us during the stimulator trial as well as immediately after the implant procedure as well. Some doctors are different than others as far as restrictions goes.
