Lindsey Graham addressed Russian generals and pilots: "If you drop cluster bombs on civilians, you will doom yourself to The Hague"
“The day will come when the law will be stronger than the weapon. We have plenty of evidence of violations of the Geneva Convention. That the customs and laws of warfare are violated. That cluster bombs are dropped on civilians, that in our world it is illegal. <…> We in America are convinced of the need to follow the laws of war!”, the senator said.
America and the "laws of war"? In Laos, after 50 years, people are blown up by American ammunition!  Does Graham even know that his country sent cluster shells to Ukraine? Or did he mix up “Russians” and “Ukronazis” in his speech?
