Ending FAKE Multiple Offers In Vancouver Real Estate

The Fraser Valley Real Estate Board, together with the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver and the Chilliwack and District Board, is introducing some very important requirements to the existing Realtor Rules of Cooperation in the form of the Disclosure of Multiple Offers Presented Forms (DMPO) for BC REALTORS in an effort to bring greater transparency for all parties involved in real estate transactions with multiple offers.

In today’s video, Surrey real estate specialist, Steve Karrasch of Macdonald Realty provides a detailed breakdown of the new Disclosure of Multiple Offers Presented Form and what this will mean to you as a buyer or seller in future transactions when faced with multiple offers.
