Day 1 breakfast for dinner Breakfast grilled cheese sandwich #breakfast

12 slices Bread
16 pieces Bacon, cooked crispy and drained well
6 Fried eggs
12 slices American Cheese
1 package Potatoes O'Brian, cooked
Directions

Cook the bacon the way you like it and drain on a double layer of paper towels.
While the bacon is cooking cook the potatoes in a skillet until done.
Fry 6 eggs the way you like them.
For each grilled sandwich place 1 piece of cheese, two pieces of bacon, top with two heaping spoons of potatoes, add one egg to the stack.Top the egg with 2 more slices of bacon. Add another slice of cheese. Cover with a slice of bread.
Repeat for the remaining 3 sandwiches.
Heat a skillet to medium heat.
Lightly butter the top piece of bread.
Once the pan has heated carefully lift one sandwich and place it butter side down in the pan.
Butter the unbuttered top slice of bread.
Cook until the bread is a golden brown and the cheese on the bottom layer begins to melt.
Carefully flip the Breakfast sandwich over and cook until the bread is golden and cheese melted.
Cut in half and serve immediately.
Repeat with the remaining breakfast sandwiches.
