Bike Rafting in Edmonton, Budget Set Up

The idea was to go for an overnight camping trip with my bike and my inflatable boat, riding the bike up-stream, then floating down the river the Captain Jorg Way.
Then things happened, but I finally made it onto the North Saskatchewan River in my Voyager 300.
