The David Johnston fiasco will go down as a unique moment of stupidity in Canada. Trudeau's notion that his ski buddy and a family friend would be an impartial investigator is as ridiculous as it sounds. Even though he has resigned, I will keep posting the critiques and defences of Trudeau's decision to create a public archive.
