Weather window collapses, back to Beaufort, try again | Ep. 216

In the last episode I was preparing to depart the Cape Lookout Bight, in anticipation of a fair weather passage to Buzzards Bay, MA. A few days later, however, it becomes clear that I am hoping in vain. Subsequent weather files are showing another nasty front moving off the US East Coast, with Cape Hatteras getting even nastier. So I am obliged to return to Beaufort for shelter and re-provisioning while I await the next opportunity.
