In this video I give a quick review of Baofeng's new(ish) "GMRS UV-5R" radio - that's right - an UV-5R, named "UV-5R" that is FCC Part 95 Type Accepted for use as a GMRS radio. I go over some of the differences between this new GMRS UV-5R and some of the Baofeng GMRS-only radios such as the UV-5X, UV-5G and (TidRadio Baofeng rebranded) GM-5R GMRS radios.
