2 Corinthians 4:4
"The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see the light of the gospel that displays the glory of Christ, who is the image of God."

Just try to pray or get some quiet time with God. Does your mind race to other thoughts? All of the sudden does your kids interrupt you. Distraction leads to confusion, affliction, mental torment, unbelief, and powerful impulsive behaviors. Like fear and anxiety, cast out the spirit of distraction. Make your mind a steel trap hearing only the voice of God.
