Info From Licensor: "Following a tornadoes storm line driving down US Highway 83 in Texas, water of at least 2 feet covered the southbound lane. The speed limit was 75 but with the bad visibility I was traveling around 60 mph when I hit the water. It was deeper on the shoulder side so those tires came off the road and pulled the truck off the highway. I managed to regain control and steer back onto the highway after that. This happened on Southbound US Highway 83 about 40 miles north of Childress,Texas." - Greg Ansel
