Chris Bumstead Challenge | Week 3 (Gout Attack)
I'm here to share my Week 3 progress in the Chris Bumstead challenge. Unfortunately, my plans for shooting content and exercise have come to a halt due to the return of gout in my knee. It has thrown a curveball in my journey, but I'm determined to find silver linings amidst the setbacks.
Join me as I discuss the challenges I've faced with gout, and the impact it has had on my plans. Sometimes, our bodies demand rest and attention, and it's crucial to listen and adjust accordingly.
While the gout has affected my physical activities, there's a glimmer of positivity in my nutrition. I'll share how focusing on my dietary choices has led to significant weight loss progress this week. It's a reminder that even in challenging times, we can find moments of progress and success.
