Strawberry Rhubarb Dumplings

Spring is in full-bloom, and some areas of the U.S. are already tilting towards summer. You know what that means— it’s time for summertime fruit picking! Two of our favorites – and we’re betting two of YOUR favorites, too! – are strawberries and rhubarb, so of course we had to go on a search for a fresh way to enjoy them together. While we’re big fans of a classic strawberry-rhubarb pie, we’re pretty sure we have that dish beat with these incredible tasty dumplings that are SO easy to make. All you need are strawberries, rhubarb, and crescent rolls!
