Ginger Prawn is a great appetizer that you may have had in any restaurants or not. Now impress your guests or yourself by making the most delicious ginger prawn recipe at home. It has mild sweetness from sweet chili along with a punch of lot of ginger. Truly divine.


Prawns: 350gm
Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup cornstarch
1 egg
1 tsp soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp garlic & ginger chopped/paste
2 green chilies chopped
Sauce: 2 tsp oil
2 tbsp ginger
2 tsp sweet chili sauce
2 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp vinegar
Corn slurry (Mix 1 tbsp cornflour in 1/4th cup water)
1 tsp lime juice
1/4 th cup Chopped spring onions
