Typhoon Talim is approaching the southern part of China and will reach the provinces of Hainan and Guangdong on the night of July 17-18, and an orange storm warning has been issued there. The typhoon moves at a speed of 10-15 km/h.
The authorities are urging ships to return to ports, ferries and flights have been cancelled. Classes in educational institutions were suspended, and employers were advised to transfer employees to a remote format.
